1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once payment is completed and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Why No Refunds?

• The webinar fee is only ₹49, which is a nominal amount
• Webinar resources and materials are prepared in advance
• Recording and certificate will be provided to all registered participants
• Access to valuable content and learning materials is immediately granted upon registration

3. What You Get

Even if you cannot attend the live session, your registration includes:

• Full Webinar Recording: Shared within 48 hours after the session
• Certificate of Participation: Available to all registered participants
• Course Materials: All resources and content provided
• Lifetime Access: Keep the recording and materials forever

4. Webinar Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we cancel the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance
• You will receive a full refund automatically
• Or you may choose to attend the rescheduled session

5. Technical Issues

• Our End: If technical issues prevent us from conducting the webinar, you will receive a full refund or can attend the rescheduled session
• Your End: We are not responsible for technical issues on your device, internet connectivity, or any other participant-side problems. No refunds will be issued

6. Payment Verification

Before making payment, please ensure:

• You have reviewed the webinar date, time, and content
• You understand this is a no-refund service
• Your payment details and transaction ID are accurate
• You have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions
