1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending the LENV Live Webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for the webinar.

2. Registration and Payment

• The registration fee for the webinar is ₹49 (Forty-Nine Indian Rupees only)
• Payment must be completed through the authorized payment gateway (Razorpay)
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Each registration is valid for one participant only

3. Webinar Access

• Webinar access details will be sent to your registered email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Sharing access credentials with others is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to deny access if terms are violated

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued after payment is completed
• All sales are final due to the nominal registration fee of ₹49
• Webinar recording and certificate will be provided to all registered participants, even if you cannot attend live
• Full refunds will only be provided if we cancel the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances
• No refunds for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues on participant's end

5. Recording and Certificate

• The webinar will be recorded and shared with registered participants within 48 hours
• Certificate of participation will be issued to attendees who complete the webinar
• Recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared publicly or commercially

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided in the webinar are protected by intellectual property rights
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Screenshots, recordings, or distribution of webinar content is prohibited

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
• Not disrupt the webinar or other participants
• Not share inappropriate content in chat or discussions

8. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality content but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
• We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on webinar content

9. Technical Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection
• Minimum requirements: stable internet connection, modern web browser, audio/video capability

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
